The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod- morning routine 30 days challenge

“The Miracle Morning”. This book and the practical steps have developed as a turning point in a new life for me. I am the person who has always been a night person. The Miracle Morning (by Hal Elrod) is an excellent book to guide practicing a miracle morning routine.

I learn to be a better person and get motivated.

This book will help you with the most successful morning routines and ways to develop your habits.

Hal describes the steps in Miracle Morning as “SAVERS” and lists how to do it. This way you can start a refreshing and happy day.

1. Rear-view mirror syndrome (RMS) and isolated thinking.

RMS reflects previous experiences in life that prevent us from creating new things.

People broke up with a former lover or marriage partner, for an instant.

It is difficult to establish a relationship with a new person, they said.

This can be called rearview mirror syndrome.

Isolated thinking affects who you are as a whole by isolating today’s events.

You might think that you can skip that exercise today, but in reality….

If you missed the exercise today, you are like someone who doesn’t exercise every day.

When I read this book, I have a doubt “Can I really do the Miracle morning routine?” Because I am a night owl. But I review my 30-day routine challenge, which started out with a desire to live a more energetic and productive morning.

It was last year that I started feeling overwhelmed.

That is why I came across a book called Miracle Morning, and as I read Atomic Habits one after another.

However, there was a side of hesitation to put it into practice.

Of course, it was an excuse to be busy, but I was afraid.

The fear of starting and giving up halfway was cut off.

Then, it was in early April that I started practicing the miracle morning routine myself.

I started the day by looking at my cell phone every day. I used to spend my daily morning scrolling through social media and checking emails while having breakfast. When I worked late at night due to the crowded work, I saw myself slacking off and the production line falling. Then, I decided to put habits into practice semesters in six of Hal Elrod’s popular productivity books, “The Miracle Morning.”

In this book, as Hal Elrod talked about, SAVER organizes the morning routine by starting the morning with meditation, affirmation, visualization, exercise, a bit of reading, and ending with a bit of writing.

In the end, you will find a miracle morning that will change your day and essentially your entire life.

If you want to live life your own way, you have to change the way you think about your life. I am going to write my 30 days challenge of Miracle Morning routine and how I have been practicing. If you want to read about the book review, you can go to my Korean blog page

2. 30Days Challenge of 6 habits in the morning

In this book, we will give you 6 steps to making breakfasts that increase your level of motivation.

These 6 simple morning routine habits that this book is talking about can change your whole mind and start driving a very successful lifestyle.

1.S -Silence

The first means silence. Basically go into meditation or pray.

Start thinking about something that can differentiate yourself for something bigger.

I started 10 minutes of meditation. The first in the morning, I wake up intentionally without alarm goes off.

Of course, I relied on alram for few days.

After that, I open the window and breath fresh air.

Starting a meditating for 10 minutes.

I’ve been using YouTube Meditation channels for some time.

But I wanted to add my meditation video to have my own channel.

I started a youtube channel for my meditaiton.

It will be upload every week with new video.

2. A-Affirmation

Now the second step is A. It means affirmation.

The body and mind are relaxed through the video.

And now it is the time to fill the mind with positive words.

The more I tell myself that something will happen, the more positive it becomes for my brain.

It also increases the likelihood of actually happening.

This gradual development will gives me momentum, I bet.

3. V-Visualisation

The third step is visualization. We have to see in mind what we want to do that day.

At first, I draw the my visualisation chart in my bullet journal.

I know it is the better to make a board to see easily.

But I don’t want to rush to make it at the moment.

I want to take my time and create something special.

4. E- Exercise

The next step is exercise. There are many positive benefits to exercise, and if you don’t exercise, it’s like having depression, Hal said.

Oh God! this is my worst part.

I am not good at exercise. However, what I have been starting, is 10 minutes of Yoga.

At this stage, it is not actually Yoga but I stretch my body to be more active.

5. R -Reading

The next step is reading. Reading books or documents that inspire me.

However, I read books just on my days off at this stage.

As a beginner, I don’t want to be overwhelmed to put this step into the morning routine.

At the moment, I am reading about 10 pages of book a day.

And that is fine for me.

6. S-Scribing/Scribe

The final step is called scribing.

I have been journaling for 10 years and I usually do this before go to bed.

That worked for me.

However, I purchased the “Miracle Morning Routine” Daily Journal to write starting this week.

I will let you know how it goes.

4. At the end of the article…

The principle and theories of the Miracle Morning routine are proven.

There is no doubt that these practices will improve my life by increasing my productivity and well-being.

But in reality, I felt like adding six new habits in the morning at first.

Also it also felt like more stress.

First of all, I started easily at the level I could. Now, it’s been a month.

What I discovered is the importance of habit.

I am sure that the morning of miracles will be reflected in my life a lot in the future.
