Many of you want to sell your digital products and started to research a lot of digital planners. When you start to create a digital planner, it is quite difficult to where to start. I understand it, I have been there too.
Therefore, I am presenting an editable digital planner base pack to create realistic digital planners easily. You can work in Keynote on your Macbook or Ipad. It includes another keynote template for yearly/ monthly/ weekly layout, planner element, notebook page layout, covers, etc. You can just drag and drop it into your digital planner base kit.
With this base pack, you don’t need to be overwhelmed with the amount of work it takes to make a digital planner from scratch. This planner base pack has elements to enjoy customizing and decorating the planner as you want it. I did most of the work for you, so you could have fun personalizing planners and notebooks.
You can have ALL your files and plans in one place. With 13-tap flip-able page with named tabs, you can just add the text as you wish to call.

Also, there are more taps where you can choose element kits to change your planner easily. There are so many options for what information you can keep there. Be those your class notes, work files, book annotations, recipes, I mean, anything you want actually. I’ve made a realistic and stylish planner to which you can navigate from any page you are on and from which you have access to all your files.

Building your planner with DYI digital planner base
The editable DYI digital planner base pack includes files:
24 Slices of Master Slice: 13 flip-able tap slices and slices without tap, which you can make another digital product, such as a notebook, journal, or scrapbook.
Pre-Linked PDF File GoodNote planner: You can import it directly to the note-taking app if you don’t want to add a hyperlink to the Keynote program. I have pre-linked taps. You can use the PNG element file to decorate the pages.
20 slices of element pack: this is a Keynote template that has extra taps, leather cover, planner ring binders, decorative elements, realistic texture papers, and essential page layout(year, month, week, daily, tracker, checklist, lined, graph, dots page widget with transparent background)

The instructions for “How to add a hyperlink guide” & “Idea Sketch guide”
This is the base pack, so you need to add links as you wish to after your planner page has all the design and organization in order. That time this guide will help you finalize your planner.
The main planner cover looks like this:
Once you open the Planner base Keynote file, you can change the planner cover, and add titles for the cover. I have provided 2 styles of realistic leather cover. If you wish to add/ omit the sticker box element, clip element, and name label.

To replace planner cover:
Tap on the cover
Tap the Brush icon in Keynote
Choose Image – Replace and select the cover you want
Design the pages with Base Element kits.
The kit has an element keynote template which you need to design your page layout. You can simply copy the element and paste it onto your planner page. Each element is completely customizable. You can resize or change the font color. The page layouts are sized perfectly fit to the planner base.

Editing Tabs and link
Once you complete designing each page in Masterslice, click the “Done” button to get out the master slice. You will arrange the page in order with a tap. The original base pack had in order Tap1 -14 on the right side. you can write the page number with the tap name on the Hyperlink guide sheet, so you don’t miss the page number when linking on the master slice. The editable DYI digital planner base pack provides the guide, so you can easily follow to add links to your planner.
After filling the page number go to the master plain / main index page and start to add a link on each tap.
This process is quite tedious and time-consuming. Therefore, this base pack planner has 14 taps linked to each page to make it easy. Only you can add links to weekly and daily pages when you add more pages under each tap.

Export you planner
When you finished customizing your planner, you can tap on three dots at the top right(i-pad), or click “file “(desktop)
Choose Export – PDF
Open in Goodnotes and Test all links are working well.
