Since the pandemic, many industries have worked from home. In addition, there is an increasing tendency for many people to start-up businesses or start side jobs online. You tubers and full-time bloggers are also increasing a lot.
After reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, I’m interested in how to make money online. From the experiences of some of the successful bloggers, I realized they are also the same problem with that. Looking at the advantages and disadvantages of the blogs they talk about, I understand the pain of people who work at home.
Currently, many studies show that many people who work from home are under more stress than those who commute to work. Many people who work from home suffer from insomnia more often.

1. Set boundaries.
In working from home, self-discipline and boundaries are paramount importance. Unlike work at the workplace or office, it is easy to get distracted, and it is an environment that is easily disturbed by family members.
The advice from people who work from home is that you need to set the boundaries of working from home to protect your time from others. But more important than that is to set up a strict boundary that controls ourselves from ourselves.
Set a time to work. Work in the same pattern as having a job, for example, “I only work from 9 to 5”. If you’re on the side, set a time boundary, such as working 2-3 hours a day.
Do not store your work email address on your personal phone. If you have a business cell phone, turn it off after you’re done.
Don’t leave your laptop in the living room. Starting at 5pm, actually shut down your computer during the night. Spend it with your family. Do personal or family work.

2. Find hobbies with your family.
If you are working from home, you should not work 7 days a week.

You can go cycling to the suburbs together, play tennis or swim together. There are many other hobbies you can do with your family.

We read business books and work-related articles every day.
But how many literary books or poetry books do you read a year?
I also read less than 3-4 books of literary books and poetry a year.
But remember our school days. We were with literature books in those days when girls were full of sensibility and imagination.
Fill diversity in the field of reading. That can give you fill the diversity of your thinking.
Trends are changing and people are changing their interest area from time to time. Especially, those who are writer or full time bloggers, are encouraged to read in a wider variety of fields.
4. Let’s go outside and enjoy sunshine
Especially, those who work from home or work from home must practice it.
It’s easy to find excuses for not leaving home. “Too busy to walk around the mall for hours” “Too expensive”. “You can order online”. Some people don’t go outside for this excuse, so they stay at home for days or weeks.
Go outside.
Pack a sandwich and have lunch in the park, or walk around the neighborhood for about 30 minutes each afternoon. Go out and do photosynthesis.

6. Start and end the day with meditation.
Meditation gives you the most calming time. Meditation can be done in a variety of ways. There are also meditations you can do while walking.
